Annual Benchmark Report show

This annual report provides an encyclopedic reference point of results for all HR metrics and contains percentile ranges for metrics by industry, organization size, and region. You will also receive an 'organization specific volume' that provides individual trend results versus external comparisons over time.

Benchmarking Program show

As a foundation to Infohrm all clients become participants in the Infohrm Benchmarking program, the definitive standard for measuring the performance of the HR function and people management issues in organizations, both within Australia and internationally.

The core purpose of Infohrm Benchmarking is to provide organizations with a relative comparison of their performance on a range of people management & HR measures. Organizations are able to compare their performance within their industry, as well as across different comparative groups of similar strategic value, e.g. functional groups, identified performance criteria, industry and organization size. By understanding their percentile ranking, organizations are able to determine whether they need to change their HR practice/performance to remain or become effective.

As part of the program, Infohrm provides members with the necessary education in understanding and using workforce measurement more effectively. In addition, Infohrm On-Line provides a desktop reference tool for workforce metrics through an easy search facility. Users gain an understanding of the definitions, calculation, targets and purpose for each metric.

Benchmark Scorecards show

Scorecards are designed as a regular progress report for the HR function and people management issues. The scorecard reports on organizational results versus all industry and the select sample's percentile results. It also provides trend results for each HR metric. Results falling outside recommended ranges are highlighted for attention, as are positive results. The scorecards will be provided electronically, in an Excel template or print format, on a regular basis. The electronic format could enable your organization to incorporate results in presentations and reports.

Dashboard: Dynamic web-based reporting & benchmarking show

What differentiates the Infohrm Program from other reporting applications is the personalized multi-dimensional 'dashboard' members have access to throughout the Program. Apart from obtaining core workforce metrics, members receive complete, accurate and timely workforce information to their PC or laptop via a generic web browser such as Internet Explorer.

Each personalized dashboard is characterized by a zero-footprint, capital-free investment. It is important to recognize that no 3rd party software is required, only access to an internet browser and Adobe Flash; which are standard on most PCs.

Infohrm is an ASP or hosted service. There are no issues regarding technical compatibility from an organization's existing systems. Unlimited users throughout any organization are provided with unrestricted access.

Data Submission & Extraction show

The detailed information you access is only as good as the original data gathered and processed, therefore, we place the utmost importance on achieving high quality data input, validation and consistency, no matter which method of data provision you choose. Our expertise in this area, having conducted over 1000 face-to-face data audit interviews in the past 10 years, ensures quality data is presented in organizational reports - accurate, concise and on time.

To ensure apples-to-apples comparisons in benchmarking, we work closely with you on definitions criteria to ensure consistency across your data, and those you will be benchmarked against. Help desk support via phone or email is always available to answer any questions regarding data supply, definition, application and results interpretation.

Critical to the success of any reporting and benchmarking program is data validation through the validity and integrity of the data presented. After the first data staging is complete, validation of the data is undertaken through a cleansing and verification process. In addition, a data audit is conducted with all Infohrm members on an annual basis.

Excel spreadsheet submissions: On joining the program our IT team will host a series of conversations with your technical specialist to discuss the data specification for implementation. We provide a data specification guide with plenty of examples, and covers data type and sources/supply - and, our IT Team are readily available to answer any questions.

Data extractions: Infohrm's experience in extracting data covers over 20 different HRIS/payroll systems, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, MIMS, Concept, Aurion, Lattice, CHRIS, TSS and many more.

The data from organizational systems is extracted through scripts developed by Infohrm with your IT team receiving a specification guide, and can include an optional half day meeting to review requirements and answer any questions. For the past 10 years Infohrm has built an extensive library of extraction script formats allowing data to be extracted from the most complex organizational systems. This script forms the basis of the automated data extraction system and begins the process of building the personalized KPI dashboard.

An experienced Infohrm Consultant partners with the member to determine what measures are central to that specific organization liaising by phone or email, or within a half day workgroup framework (depending upon your membership level). In a workshop format, the group completes a series of highly progressive exercises that result in the selection of 10-20 measures that serve as the organization's personalized KPI dashboard.

A Management Debrief is an on-site presentation of your organization's annual Infohrm results. The presentation is tailored to suit your organizational requirements, based on the selected KPIs. As part of the program, organizations will need to choose the KPIs it would like represented in its Management Debrief.
