The Workforce Planning Summit enables the HR community to hear, first hand, the learnings of innovative HR practitioners from both the public and private sectors, who have effectively developed their workforce planning strategy and practices. The event will demonstrate proven workforce planning methods and show how workforce planning integrates with financial and strategic planning processes.
The 2008 Summit covers many of the themes heard in our recent Global Workforce Planning Survey of over 200 organizations:
- Only 14% of organizations are prepared for the potential loss of skills, corporate knowledge and leadership that will occur within the next five years.
- Many organizations struggle to secure management commitment for critical workforce planning processes.
Prepared firms are much more likely (42% as compared to just 8% of under-prepared firms) to conduct formal workforce planning processes integrated with strategic business planning.

Cancellation/Privacy Policy 
Confirmation
All delegates will receive confirmation by email. If you have not received confirmation by 9 June 2008, please call us on +44 (0) 207 872 5487.
Cancellations
Cancellations received before 30 May 2008 will receive a full refund less £80 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations received after 30 May 2008. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Programme Changes
Infohrm reserves the right to make changes in the program and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each delegate if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, our liability is limited to the programme fee only.
