Conference Summary

The aim of Infohrm's 2008 North American Conference "Workforce Analytics – Windows of Opportunity" is to share the promise and practice of workforce analytics with a diverse audience of HR leaders, business partners, and analysts. Specifically, the 2008 conference will address two critical themes:

1. Identifying relevant business issues, challenges, and opportunities to which workforce analytics should be applied
2. Ensure that the results of analytical investigations are used in strategic decision-making processes and spur follow-up action

The event will be divided into two parts – October 6 & 7 represent the thought leadership conference portion, with October 8 & 9 devoted to optional workforce analytics and workforce planning workshops.
