With over 30 years experience in human resource management, founder and Chief Executive Officer Peter Howes has a distinguished global reputation as a consultant in HR metrics, analytics and workforce planning. Peter's major area of consulting over the past 20 years has been in workforce planning and HR/HCM analytics, reporting and measurement. Peter has extensive experience in developing HR information and measurement systems and processes, and over the past 10 years he has developed the Infohrm Program, which has clients in Australia, North America and Europe. For the past five years he has spent most of his time consulting to global companies in North America and Europe.

Peter is a member of the School of Management Advisory Committee at the Queensland University of Technology and in 2003, was awarded the Outstanding Alumni award for the Faculty of Business at QUT. Peter has been a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute for the past 20 years and is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Ray has been involved in the computer industry for over 25 years having built a number of software companies both in the UK and internationally. For the last six years, he has been working with organizations assisting them in the development of Workforce Reporting and Analytics within their businesses. He has worked with a number of companies both in the UK and North America and has also presented user studies on this subject at international conferences.

As the Business Development Manager for Europe, Ray’s role is to build and develop Infohrm's business throughout Europe. His responsibilities are to engage with clients to understand and discuss their key HR issues and help them benefit from the use of workforce planning and analytics. He is particularly involved in demonstrating how Infohrm can assist and partner with organizations to address the critical issues facing HR managers and executives today.

Travis is responsible for driving the awareness of Infohrm's products and services in the European marketplace. Prior to joining Business Development he spent seven years working as a specialist in workforce planning, HR metrics /analytics and HR reporting. Travis has a deep appreciation of the challenges organizations face in driving data driven decision making having held key HR analysis and workforce planning roles in four of Infohrm´s client organizations. Most recently, in 2007/08 he has worked as an Infohrm member consultant seconded to Nokia in Helsinki. In this role Travis was responsible for the rollout of HR metrics and analytics to a global workforce.

Travis is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Directors (CIPD) and the Australian Human Resource Management Institute (AHRI).


Julie Mackintosh

Julie is managing the project to expand the company profile and intensify the development of new business for the Infohrm Group in Europe. She works with Peter Howes building new relationships with the leading organizations in The United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Julie brings extensive experience to her role, having worked in executive positions with a number of leading organizations. Her expertise is in managing high profile projects and delivering strategic impact for increased profitability, organizational visibility and performance.

Prior to joining the Infohrm Group, Julie was with the Australian Medical Association as Manager of Sales and Marketing for Major Projects in Queensland. She worked with Southern Pacific Hotel Group responsible for Australia Pacific Business Development & was Head of Existing Customer Business & Business Renewal for the Australian and Pacific Region and with Myer Australia’s largest chain of Department Stores as Manager for Regional Retail Sales & Country Stores Buyer.


Sam Hill

Sam joined Infohrm in 2007, bringing a strong analytical focus and track record of delivering inventive strategies supported by practical solutions in Human Capital Management. Sam has spent a total of eighteen years in industry, most notably as Head of Workforce Analytics and Reporting at the BT Group. In this role he delivered the Human Capital proposition for the organization.

Sam’s wealth of experience includes leading the development of an HR data warehouse, identifying organizational business requirements, project managing a mixed team of internal specialists and external consultants to build the warehouse and adding front-end reporting tools which accommodate self-service functionality.

In his current role Sam provides consulting advice and support to organizations in planning, measuring and reporting their human capital. Sam also establishes and maintains client partnerships to support the development and realisation of “value-adding” people management initiatives within organizations. He is an experienced facilitator and is responsible for the delivery of content from across the entire Infohrm Academy encompassing Metrics and Analytics, Workforce Planning and Evaluating HR Interventions. Sam also takes a lead role in the design and delivery of in-house workshops which are tailored to the wide range of skills and experience of specific organizations and delegate groups.

Sam is responsible for the Infohrm European Analytics and Benchmarking Programme which develops purpose built metrics associated with the current objectives and challenges faced by organizations in individual industry sectors including Finance, Retail and Government.


Julia Howes

Julia facilitates the delivery of Infohrm products and services to members across Europe and provides analyses for human resource reporting. She is also involved in project management for the implementation of new Infohrm members, Infohrm website training, providing analysis and insight for Infohrm members and assisting in the delivery of executive debriefs.

Julia is involved in providing consulting and support for organizations in planning, measuring and reporting their human capital. She is currently involved in various consulting assignments in Australia including project managing a workforce planning assignment for Airservices Australia.

Prior to joining the Infohrm Group, Julia was a lawyer with a major Australian law firm, based in Vietnam, where she advised international businesses, particularly banking and finance companies.

In his role as Member Services Consultant, Brian manages all aspects of the client lifecycle, from project implementation to advanced utilization of metrics. Brian also partners with members to design and deliver human capital analytics, train HR staff in measurement techniques, and embed Infohrm's Workforce Planning tools.

Brian’s career centers on driving competitive advantage through data-driven decision making. Before coming to Infohrm, Brian worked as a Product Manager for The Thomson Corporation where he designed and implemented a wide range of custom data solutions and information workflow products for the financial and legal industry. In addition to his work at Infohrm, Brian is a contributing writer to SEC Currents, a monthly publication focused on corporate, accounting and M&A disclosure trends.


Laura Jurczak

Laura works as a Member Consultant assisting Infohrm members by coordinating a range of program-wide deliverables. She is responsible for key elements of the program such as data transfer and processing, user account management, metrics data, and client service support.

Laura has worked with Infohrm in a range of functions across both member services and Infohrm's back-office IT operations. Laura also held a number of private sector positions prior to working for Infohrm.

Laura is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.


Amy Hammond

Amy has over six years experience working in human resources. Currently, Amy is dedicated to the global rollout of HR analytics and data based decision making for Nokia Corporation, and is based in Helsinki, Finland. Amy also facilitates workshops and generates analysis and insight that assists Nokia in making key workforce decisions.

Before Amy’s secondment to Nokia, Amy was a Senior Member Consultant in the Asia-Pacific Member Services Team, where she supported the delivery of workforce and business intelligence solutions to Infohrm members across the region. Providing analysis and insight for Infohrm members and assisting in the design and rollout of human resource reporting were key elements of Amy's role. Amy also managed the implementation of Infohrm’s human capital dashboard and related consulting services for members, conducted portal user and analytics training and assisted in the delivery of executive debriefs for members. Amy has also worked in the Infohrm Product Management Team. Prior to Infohrm, she worked in the UK as a HR Analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and also worked in HR for the Australian Government.
