What they tell us…
"The technical team in Brisbane, I think, can work their way around any system out there and tell you how to tie everything together."
"…my experience with CLC Metrics has been tremendous" CLC - it's is just a different experience - it's like you have a partner with you instead of just someone who provides a product or provides a service"
The people are terrific – they can’t do enough for you. We constantly get reminders to do things so they are keeping us honest in a lot of ways as well. The level of support; the level of help; and the willingness to go the extra mile.
It has been excellent, a great partnership. From the initial contact point, the partnering at Peter and Penny’s level and then all the way through, you get the whole package – the reporting and the ongoing service. The professionalism, the turnaround, the quality was all there. It was great.
(This…) was the only tool that I could see that provided the analytical base, provided the research, provided a web base. It gives you a different view to enable you to make better decisions through different pieces of data. More informed decisions.
I gain a lot from discussions with Peter on concepts and views. I like using data and I’m trying to develop my staff to use data more to get better decisions. So you can learn from the past and get to the future; Infohrm is that critical piece.
